In this training we dive into our 6 step structure for an efficient 1-1 Coaching Session. This structure works for coaching in-person or on Zoom, or Skype —even on the phone. The session structure gives you a step-by-step formula that gets you in flow, creates room for flexibility and builds your coaching confidence.
DISCOVERY SESSION STRUCTURE
In this training we teach you the 6 steps to our i.C.O.A.C.H. framework. You’ll use this framework as a way to interview potential clients, while showing them how you can help them get from where they are to where they want to be! It’s actually so much more than that… including insights on how to charge …let’s dig in!
ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS
One of the most powerful skills you can develop as a Life-Force Coach is the art of asking the right “open ended” questions, in the right situation and at the right time. Open ended questions can’t be answered with a simple yes or no response, or a single word answer, they require personal introspection!
