FULL BODY TAPPING – PRIVATE LESSON
In this Private Lesson Sensei Tristan does a deep-dive into the practice of full-body tapping, known as Pai Sha. There’s a lot of information that explains exactly what this is and why you should consider full-body tapping as a daily practice.
PAI SHA: Tapping with your hands (or a Bamboo or Metal Brush) creates vibrations that relieves stress and tension in the muscles, assists in unblocking the acupuncture channels, and helps the body to detox through the stimulation of the lymphatic system. Tapping is also a natural battery charger for the bones of the body… helping you produce healthy stem cells.
Tapping also improves the resilience and elasticity of the skin/tissue by bringing blood and qi to the surface… over time it conditions the skin to absorb greater degrees of force and the skin become more toned and tight. Other benefits are improved circulation of the blood, lymph and qi.
Tapping can also help to boost circulation of your blood and “qi” or “chi” or life force or energy, which can become disrupted or stagnant due to factors like lack of movement, stress, emotional upset or injury.

In this Private Lesson Sensei Tristan explains Qigong Bouncing, Shaking and Swinging. He discusses the purpose of each exercise and how to integrate them with full-body tapping… as well as use them as stand-alone techniques.
