Power Postures

In this section you’ll deepen your understanding of Qigong by transitioning into the Medical Domain of the Satori Qi Activation System. You’ll explore the Slow Flow techniques, which emphasize healing and internal energy cultivation while improving vitality and nervous system balance. This session lays the foundation for mastering inner skills (Nei Gong), creating a moving meditation that aligns ancient practices with modern energy principles for optimal health and well-being.

Washing the Qi Wall

In this session, you’ll learn the Slow Flow exercise called Washing the Qi Wall for “sinking” and grounding and calming the Qi. You’ll explore its layers, from mastering the physical movement and synchronized breathing to sensing and directing energy with inner skill (Nei Gong). Tai Chi & Qigong Arms

This session introduces a powerful technique that balances ascension and grounding, helping you stay connected to your body while expanding your energy. You’ll learn how to cultivate a smooth, flowing Qi cycle that syncs with the natural rhythm of the universe, reinforcing vitality and inner harmony. By practicing this slow flow movement, you’ll deepen your connection to source energy, magnetize your inner vortexes, and prepare for the full integration of energy centers in the upcoming Climbing the Stairway to Heaven sequence.

The Great Orbit

In this session, you’ll learn a powerful technique that connects and balances your entire energy system. This movement activates the microcosmic orbit, linking 12 key energy gates along the front and back of your body to create a continuous flow of Qi. By practicing this, you’ll sync your three energy centers—power, heart, and wisdom—into one unified field, grounding your body while expanding your consciousness for deeper awareness and vitality.

Filling Shen Valley

In this session, you’ll learn a technique that refines and elevates your energy by transforming Jing into Qi and then into Shen, your pure spiritual essence. In this session, you’ll learn an advanced Qigong technique designed to safely awaken and elevate dormant energy from the base of the spine up to the crown. By using breath control, energetic locks, and focused intention, this practice helps cultivate vitality, clarity, and an expanded state of awareness while keeping you grounded. Practicing this method consistently refines your energy flow, leading to a greater sense of joy, balance, and connection to your highest self.

Riding The Waves

In this session, you’ll learn a flowing Qigong technique that expands your energy field, balances your system, and helps you feel weightless and free. This practice refines the Qi in your body, integrating breath, movement, and awareness to clear blockages and create deep healing. Whether used after Standing Rocket or to prepare for standing meditation, this exercise brings ease, emotional release, and a profound sense of flow.

Climbing The Stairway To Heaven

This session marries together several Slow Flow movements and principles too create a sequence we call “Climbing the Stairway to Heaven”. This  practice is designed to elevate your life-force energy from the root to the crown, fostering emotional healing, inner balance, and energetic coherence. You’ll learn how to Nurture, Nourish, and Bless each energy center using gentle movements, breath, and intention, allowing you to release stagnant emotions and replenish each area with fresh Qi. Twisting Teacups

In this session, we’re diving into the “Twisting Teacups” exercise. This movement is both fun and functional, helping you open up your fascia while circulating your qi. You’ll be exploring intricate wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements with a playful focus on balance, coordination, and flow.

Swallow Skims The Lake

In this session, we’re focusing on a dynamic exercise that is designed to circulate your qi while gently stretching your waist, hip flexors, and shoulders. You’ll practice smooth, flowing motions inspired by the graceful flight of a bird, building both mobility and strength in a fun and engaging way.

Dragons Part The Clouds

In this session, we’re diving into a beautiful exercise to open up your hips, shoulders, and energy flow. You’ll focus on pulling energy up through the body while maintaining a straight spine and steady breath. Arms Flowing Through Water

In this session, we cover a soothing and powerful exercise designed to enhance energy flow through the belt channel while improving balance, mobility, and confidence. In this session you’ll learn a flowing Qigong exercise that enhances energy circulation, shoulder mobility, and relaxation.
