Cavities & Add-Ons

In this section you’ll deepen your understanding of Qigong by transitioning into the Medical Domain of the Satori Qi Activation System. You’ll explore the Slow Flow techniques, which emphasize healing and internal energy cultivation while improving vitality and nervous system balance. Washing the Qi Wall

In this session, you’ll learn the Slow Flow exercise called Washing the Qi Wall for “sinking” and grounding and calming the Qi. The Great Orbit

In this session, you’ll learn a powerful technique that connects and balances your entire energy system. This movement activates the microcosmic orbit, linking 12 key energy gates along the front and back of your body to create a continuous flow of Qi. By practicing this, you’ll sync your three energy centers—power, heart, and wisdom—into one unified field, grounding your body while expanding your consciousness for deeper awareness and vitality.

Filling Shen Valley

In this session, you’ll learn a technique that refines and elevates your energy by transforming Jing into Qi and then into Shen, your pure spiritual essence. In this session, you’ll learn a flowing Qigong technique that expands your energy field, balances your system, and helps you feel weightless and free. Climbing The Stairway To Heaven

This session marries together several Slow Flow movements and principles too create a sequence we call “Climbing the Stairway to Heaven”. This  practice is designed to elevate your life-force energy from the root to the crown, fostering emotional healing, inner balance, and energetic coherence. You’ll learn how to Nurture, Nourish, and Bless each energy center using gentle movements, breath, and intention, allowing you to release stagnant emotions and replenish each area with fresh Qi.
