Part One of the Restore Ageless Mobility workshop reveals how gentle circular movements, gravity-friendly positions, and brain-body recalibration melt stiffness, flush toxins, and restore flow. Through standing and chair-based sequences for the knees, ankles, hips, and spine – including the energizing “Flow & Go” series – you’ll discover how simple practices support nervous system balance, digestion, clarity, and vitality.

Together these practices calm the nervous system, improve posture and circulation, and create lasting freedom of movement – all with step-by-step breakdowns.

DAY TWO - SESSION ONE
On day two of the workshop we unlocked deeper layers of your body’s natural mobility and strength using gentle swinging, squatting, and leverage-based routines, such as the Steady & Strong (Standing Chair Leverage) sequence to safely expand your range of motion. These routines, paired with breath, posture, and mindful awareness help ease stiffness, reduce back and knee pain, and reawaken the body’s true capacity for strength and freedom.
