DAY TWO - SESSION ONE

On day two of the workshop we unlocked deeper layers of your body’s natural mobility and strength using gentle swinging, squatting, and leverage-based routines, such as the Steady & Strong (Standing Chair Leverage) sequence to safely expand your range of motion. These routines, paired with breath, posture, and mindful awareness help ease stiffness, reduce back and knee pain, and reawaken the body’s true capacity for strength and freedom.

Flow & Go (Standing Mobility)

Standing upright unlocks natural joint motions you use in everyday life – like walking, reaching, and twisting. This routine rehydrates stiff joints, restores balance, and trains your body for freedom in real-world movement.

Seated Flow (Chair Mobility)

Working from a chair lets you move joints in ways standing exercises can’t – taking pressure off your hips, knees, and spine while still restoring mobility. This routine explores hidden ranges of motion so you feel freer and more flexible without strain.

Steady & Strong (Standing with chair)

Using a chair for leverage gives you both stability and the ability to move deeper into mobility training. This unique support system builds strength, confidence, and range of motion – without fear of falling.

Morning Melt (In-Bed Mobility)

Before your feet even hit the floor, you can melt stiffness that builds overnight. These gentle bed-friendly moves circulate synovial fluid, wake up your spine, and set the tone for a looser, more energized day.

Back in Action (Lying Face Up)

Lying on your back takes gravity off your joints so they can release tension and reset alignment. This restorative routine soothes the spine, hips, and shoulders while building a foundation for pain-free movement.

Posture Restore (Tummy Time)

When the head drifts forward, it adds up to 60 pounds of extra strain on your neck and spine. Left unchecked, this posture leads to chronic pain, nerve compression, and the dreaded dowager’s hump – but this simple routine helps stop it in its tracks.

Humming Bones Routine

This soothing practice combines humming, breath, and internal energy movement to regulate the vagus nerve and create hormonal balance – a key to bone density and resilience. You’ll feel calm, grounded, and energized as nitric oxide production increases, stress hormones decrease, and your entire body enters a state of healing from within.

Bone Boosters Routine

Inspired by ancient Bone Marrow Washing practices, this powerful sequence uses gentle energy movements, breath, and intention to nourish your bones from the inside out. It activates your body’s regenerative stem cells, enhances immune health, and promotes deep relaxation – all while supporting lifelong bone strength and cellular vitality.

Flex & Flow Routine

Free your fascia and energize your body with spiraling flows that loosen stiff joints, align your structure, and activate internal power. This flow sequence improves flexibility, tones deep stabilizers, and strengthens your inner scaffolding – helping you move with youthful ease and a clear, calm mind.

Strong Holds Routine

Train like a master with this martial-style practice that uses rooted postures, weighted holds, and slow isometric contractions to deeply strengthen the tendons, ligaments, and stabilizer muscles. You’ll build core control, joint resilience, and spinal alignment while awakening an inner stillness that supports both physical and emotional balance.

Stable Steps Routine

This fun and functional stepping series improves balance, proprioception, and spatial awareness by challenging you to move in every direction – forward, backward, sideways, and more. You’ll enhance joint coordination, leg strength, and quick-recovery reflexes, giving you the confidence and agility to stay strong and steady no matter where life takes you.

We’ve designed this Qigong Strong™ training to activate your internal energy source, reverse years of wear and tear from your body, and cultivate strength, balance, flexibility and a clear, sharp mind at any age. The ultimate goal in mind is to “Get Strong & Stay Strong!” together!

DAY ONE TRAININGS

FOLLOW ALONG ROUTINES

Below are the 8 Qigong Strong follow-along routines that we designed to be easily incorporated into your practice. Before diving into the routines we recommend that you review the Qigong Fundamentals as they will give you the essential energy principles needed to get the most out of this program.

Qigong Fundamentals

This video covers the Basic Qigong Fundamentals you need to know for all of the Qigong Strong Routines. Please don’t skip this training, the principles, postures and mindset strategies will make all the difference in the results you get!

Routine #1 - Wake Up & Flow

A wonderful way to start your day, this routine energizes your muscles, enhances joint mobility, and releases fascia tension to promote flexibility, strength, and overall vitality.

Routine #2 - Rooted Warrior

The Rooted Warrior includes poses and stances to anchor your body and build stability in your core, legs and spine. This routine also opens up your hips for an increased range of flexibility so you can confidently perform everyday activities like reaching and bending.

Routine #3 - Dragon Power

Featuring circular strength and dance-like movements, this routine combines ancient Qigong moves with light weights — the result is an amazing activation of your QiPower that enhances the strength, endurance and mobility of your arms, shoulders, spine and legs.

Routine #4 - Dragon Flow

Dragon Flow is the Dragon Power routine, but now done without weights. This approach opens the life-force channels and further activates QiPower Flow, unlocking an incredible feeling of FLOW so you can perform daily tasks without pain, strain or stress.

Routine #5 - Balance Master

These dynamic balance drills greatly increase the strength of your legs, spine and hips, while reducing the risk of injury and falls. You’ll build incredible stability with moves that are fun, focused and functional — and help you move with grace, agility and confidence.

Routine #6 - Tiger Tendons

Tiger Tendons is a series of empowering poses and “holds” to quickly strengthen tendons of the arms, shoulders, hips and legs. Not only do they help reduce chronic pain and promote joint health, but also build stamina, improve posture and align the spine for enhanced energy circulation.

Routine #7 - Combat Contractions

The isometric contractions and extensions in this routine involve tightening and holding specific muscle groups without moving the joints. You’ll boost strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance plus promote clear thinking and stress relief for physical and mental well-being

Routine #8 - Samurai Strength

Picture a Samurai using his sword to powerfully slice through the air and you’ll get an idea of what this routine is about! These moves build stamina and strength and improve range of motion in your upper body (arms and shoulders) and lower body (legs and core).

The FULL Follow-Along

From the 8 Qigong Strong routines we have created a full follow-along routine for you; think of it as a “routine playlist”. This Full Follow-Along is just one example of how you can customize a longer Qigong Strong Session. This follow-along “playlist” includes all 8 Qigong Strong routines in one particular order (you can do them in any order that best makes sense for you – this follow along is just one example.) Enjoy this hour long sequence and have fun creating your own “routine playlists”.

The Seated Sage (BONUS)

This highly effective routine strengthens and heals the entire body from the comfort and support of a chair using gentle, mindful movements. Weights may be used for the upper body. This routine is inspired by Sabrina’s 86-year old father who struggles with severe mobility, dementia, and balance issues.
