Satori Sculpt™

SATORI SCULPT™ CLASSES

Muscle Mass and Bone Density begins declining in your 30s. With Functional Resistance and Weight Training as the cornerstone of Satori Sculpt, these sessions help you gain strength and improve your health at every stage. Also, before jump into classes we recommend you watch the video here that reviews the basic moves.

This weekly class is a jam-packed 25-minute session! To combat age-related muscle loss (known as sarcopenia) incorporating weight resistance movements into your routine is highly beneficial. Our gentle approach stimulates muscle growth and Bone Strength (and tightens skin!) Our movements mimic activities you perform in daily life, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying. 

ADDED BENEFITS: Results may include toned muscles, tighter skin, stronger muscles, better balance, increased metabolism, improved circulation and bigger smiles! You’ll also discover proper form and technique throughout each exercise to minimize the risk of injury, and get maximum benefits! Satori Sculpt™ is a wonderful way to “Live Better For Longer”.

More General Info about the Satori Sculpt classes:

This class is not for everybody. It WILL include floorwork (often getting up and down from the floor is the most difficult thing for some people) So we suggest if you are new to the Dojo – or new to fitness in general – start with the other Dojo classes and revisit this in the future when your fitness level rises.)

For Satori Sculpt, you’ll get an email 10-15 minutes before class with a DASHBOARD link… unlike the other Dojo classes, it will be a link to join us on ZOOM (we’re using Zoom so that we don’t have the restrictions on music that Facebook and Youtube present.)

Top 3 things Zoom-related things to know about this class:

  • You will NOT be able to turn on your Camera or Microphone during class (so you also don’t need to worry about being on camera — so if you just want to tune it and watch to see if it’s something you’ll like, no one is gonna know :).
  • Use the Zoom Chat feature if you want to comment or ask a question.
  • The password is “strong” if you’re asked for a password.

Gear that we typically use includes:

  1. Dumbbell weights (we suggest 2 pair, one super light pair and a heavier pair. For example 2 pounds and 5 pounds)
  2. Resistance Band (a thin one… like we use in Saturday’s Fitness Fusion class)
  3. A Chair (for supported standing … ie. “barre”… work)
  4. An optional MAT for floor work (like a thick yoga mat)
  5. Booty Band (this is for Hip strength and increasing bone density) see satorimethod.com/amazon to see what we use.

BREATHWORK & MEDITATION MASTERCLASS SERIES

Enjoy these 5 masterclasses filled with deep-dive training on how to master your breathing and awaken dormant life-force energy for powerful meditations and awakening the mystical experience of SATOR!.

MASTERCLASS #1 – December 16th, 2021

In this masterclass Sensei Tristan introduces the Core Breathwork skills including the 5-qualities of breath:  S-slow, L-long, E-even, D-deep, S-smooth.  He explains how training and mastering the breath is foundational to moving Qi through the body. He also leads you through a physical warm up that expands the rib cage so you can yet more oxygen into the lower lobes of the lungs to increase resilience – followed by a comprehensive lesson on abdominal breathing to turn off stress-reactivity.  This lesson is rich with decades of meditation and breathwork insights.

MASTERCLASS #2 – December 23rd, 2021

In this masterclass, Sensei Tristan takes us deeper into Breathwork and teaches how breath connects you to the power of the lower Dan Tien.  He encourages you to explore how the mechanical features of breathing tonifies the diaphragm and core muscles and stimulates the major organ systems, including the skin.  He then demonstrates how to best practice diaphragmatic breathing, integrating it with the flowing movements of qigong, both standing and sitting.  In this lesson, Sensei invites you to approach your breathing practice as an art form – integrating breath, movement and sound, so you can tap into a deeper connection with Source. 

MASTERCLASS #3 – December 30th, 2021

In this masterclass Sensei introduces the advanced technique of Rocket Breathing.  Following the Satori Method approach “through the body” he first guides you through a physical body warm up along with the mechanics of opening up the breath correctly.  This training has step-by-step guidance for “Rocket”, which is the art of awakening dormant Qi and pulling it from the root gate/chakra up the spinal column (Chong Mai) to the crown gate (Bai Hui). The powerful combination of physical stimulation, breath, energetic flow and sitting meditation sheds light on how we can achieve true energy liberation by correctly awakening the Qi. This lesson has a wealth of “aha moments” to be revisited again and again!

MASTERCLASS #4 – January 6th, 2022

In this masterclass, Sensei Tristan reveals the full practice of Rocket Breathing, but stresses the importance of layered learning in regards to this advanced energy and breathwork technique.  This training can be experienced in three phases. 

Phase 1. He thoroughly reviews  the basics of breath (SLEDS), opening up the physical body and rib cage to allow more oxygen to be drawn into the lungs.  He reviews why this preparation is a vital component to moving on to Rocket Breath and why this step should always be a warm up to practice. 

Phase 2. He moves on to opening the physical body/rib cage and draws upon comparisons of the mechanics of martial arts to the mechanics of breath to help us realize the importance of repetition in spiritual and mystical training.  

Phase 3. He provides a detailed explanation of Rocket Breathing and leads us in the experience of practice.

Get out your notebooks for this one.  Not only does Sensei Tristan give us a lesson in physical and energetic anatomy to prepare us for step by step practice in the art of Rocket Breathing, he also channels the wisdom of the ages. Come to this training with a beginner’s mind, and with practice, you are sure to find mastery in connecting with the mystical forces of the Divine along the way.”


MASTERCLASS #5 – January 13th, 2022

“In this masterclass, Sensei Tristan puts it “all together” in a laser focused 15-min practice with breath and body warm ups, followed by a full, guided practice in Rocket Breathing.  Be sure to carefully study the previous lessons in the series to prepare yourself for your special “date with the divine!”  This series is a game changer for personal practice. ENERGY TRIFECTA CLASSES

These compact ENERGY TRIFECTA classes give you a time-efficient way to integrate the core principles from Satori Method (Movement, Meditation and Mindset) into your day-to-day life. They are a fun blend of Sensei Tristan’s favorite life-force movements put to upbeat, yet relaxing music. Each session culminates in a beautiful sitting meditation and helps you to manifest incredible health, vitality and clarity! Prepare to be magically transported back into flow, clarity and bliss!

ENERGY TRIFECTA - Oct 14th, 2025

In this session, we open by creating sacred space – candle, sage, altar – then move through a slow yin flow to mobilize joints, free fascia, and wake up your Qi. You’re guided to align the three centers – warrior (body), sage (heart), leader (mind) – so you finish grounded, open-hearted, and clear in purpose.

ENERGY TRIFECTA - Oct 7th, 2025

In this powerful session, we open the body, clear the fascia, and awaken the energy system to circulate Qi through every joint and channel. In this session we explore how movement, breath, and intention awaken the body temple and free stuck energy from the tissues. Through Qigong practices like belly breathing, tiger claw, spinning teacups, and parting clouds, we circulate Qi, amplify the heart’s field, and remember the divine code within the body. The practice guides us to alchemize old emotions into love, strengthen our inner discipline, and embody a higher state of joy and consciousness that radiates outward into our lives.

ENERGY TRIFECTA - Sept 16th, 2025

In this session we use breath, movement, and mindful postures to open the crown, root into the earth, and circulate Qi through the power center and heart. Together we recalibrate the nervous system, release stored tension and emotion, and alchemize those energies into strength, peace, and love – leaving the body stronger, the heart more open, and the soul more connected.

Qi Express - Sept 2nd, 2025

This Q-Express class guides you through a 15–20 minute flow that opens the shoulder and hip “gates,” tunes balance and posture, and wakes up fascia with gentle micro-bouncing and joint circles—so you move steadier, lighter, and stronger. We slow the flow into standing meditation and heart-opening practices to build three-center coherence (power, heart, wisdom), circulating qi for calm energy and a clear mind. You finish grounded, uplifted, and filled with self-generated love you can feel radiating through your whole body.
