MENTAL PROCESSES

INTRODUCTION

Please watch this short video to understand how the Processes work within the complete S.A.T.O.R.I. Life-Force System.

PROCESS #1: NO RERUNS

Relive it ONE last time. Goal: fully process the issue, situation or memory. It helps people stuck in a loop, feeling unresolved, “I wish I hadn’t”, regret, worry, self judgment. You consciously decide how you will “spend your life-force” moving forward when it comes to this issue, situation or memory.

PROCESS #2:  BLACK DOG / WHITE DOG

Use this writing process to upgrade limiting beliefs and negativity; an old story you’ve been telling yourself, a negative mental outlook, a judgment.

PROCESS #3:  FUTURE FRENZY

This exercise is designed to help you FEEL Your Future NOW! You feel into and LIVE the experience as if it is happening now. Once you have established this “feeling it now” you can start to “remember” the experience as if it has already happened. Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between the real or perceived, past or the now – so you can ignite the feelings and the vibration needed to create and draw that reality to you now. You are “remembering” your future now.

PROCESS #4: FILL IN THE GAP

Use this exercise to “Pull Forth” solutions to your most pressing problems, from your genius subconscious mind. Start with the question: “How did you do it?” The key is to find someone you love dearly who asks you this question and you sincerely want to be an incredible example for them.

PROCESS #5: PERFECT MOMENT

This process is designed to help you “Recall A Perfect Moment” to combat moments of doubt, fear, frustration, uncertainty. Think of a Win, or a moment you felt truly Proud. Now feel into that memory and Relive It and Anchor that “feeling” into the NOW! 

PROCESS #6:  THE TRUDENTITY MIRROR

This exercise is designed to help you shift your identity with mirror work. It’s a 3-part process: 1) expose the false self (imposter), 2) see the true self, 3) create the future self – NOW!

PROCESS #7:  THE MONEY LETTER

This is a powerful process to shift your relationship with money! You are going to have a conversation with money (as a person). You will start the process by writing about the “bad relationship ” – then you will re-write the letter in the “positive”.

PROCESS #8:  ChiFT™ Clearing

This energy process combines the “Erase and Replace” protocol from EFT (albeit flipping it) with ChiFT (Chi Finger Touch) on specific energy meridian points to enhance the EFT process.

PROCESS #9:  LAST DAY

Are you clean or are there things that are still left undone? Ask yourself, “what have I left unresolved?”, “what would cause me the pain of regret?”, “will holding onto this really matter on my last day?”. How do you want to be remembered?

PHYSICAL ACTIVATORS

ACTIVATOR #1:  T.B.S.S.F.

This first Activator is known as our “Signature Activator”   the one with the very long title of “Tap, Bounce, Squeeze, Shake & Flow” 🙂  In the first part of this training you’ll get a deep-dive Private Lesson that covers MANY of the most important life-force principles you’ll want to familiarize yourself with. In the later part of the training you’ll find a Follow Along portion (you can use the chapter bookmark in the video’s play-bar to jump right to that section.)

ACTIVATOR #2: CHI DROPS

This Activator is a fast-acting grounding technique as well as an energizer. Too in your head?  This is the one for you!

ACTIVATOR #3:  SWINGING ARMS

This Activator is wonderful full-body breathwork exercise that’s perfect for releasing, grounding and circulating the chi through your whole body.

ACTIVATOR #4:  S.L.I.D.E.S. BREATHWORK

This Activator is our “Signature Breathwork” formula. This is the perfect way to learn how to breathe correctly for sitting meditation as well as moving life-force through your whole body!

ACTIVATOR #5: STANDING ROCKET

This Activator blends reverse breathing with regular diaphragmatic breathing. This is a great energy work practice that also helps your vibration (and thoughts) to start rising to a higher level.

ACTIVATOR #6: BONE MARROW WASHING

This Activator goes directly to your body’s batteries: the bones! It’s amazing for boosting your energy, clearing chakras and supercharging your immune system by drawing life-force energy into the very marrow of your bones.

ACTIVATOR #7:  THE GREAT ORBIT

This Activator is one of the most powerful and most important activators of all  because it not only helps raise your energy from the root to the crown, but also helps keeps you psychologically grounded as your frequency ascends!

ACTIVATOR #8:  STANDING MEDITATIONS

This Activator is incorporated into many Qigong routines. Standing Meditation is known for strengthening the legs, building tendon strength, settling the mind, increasing focus and mental fortitude, integrating Qi flow (between exercises), as well as being a great precursor for sitting meditation.

ACTIVATOR #9:  HEART BREATH MEDITATION

The Heart-Breath Meditation helps to activate a coherent connection between the heart and the brain. As your heart and brain ‘sync up’ into harmonious conversation you begin to experience a type of inner joy, leading to the “inner smile”. This internal smile fills your entire body with peace, healing and a deep sense of presence.

PILLAR #6

SATORI STORYBOOK

In the Satori Storybook pillar we take all of your WHY work and core desires and shape them into a beautiful book that serves as Soul Guidance for your life. The Satori Storybook is nothing like a vision-book or dream-board – it takes the art of manifestation to a totally different level. (21:23). NOTE: Don’t be in a hurry to complete your book, in fact many students just work on one area at a time and the book evolves naturally over a year or two or three. There is no rush to your journey of evolution. After this training, we recommend you move onto the Mental Processes (and continue to practice your Physical Activators).

WHY WORK TRAINING

Why Work is one of the MOST important aspects of the S.A.T.O.R.I. Life-Force system. Why? Because when you’re upgrading your mind and identifying the things that truly light you up and discovering more of what you really WANT in this life, you want to start going within and listening to that wise inner self. So in this pillar, we share how to listen from the inside out, to really get to the heart of YOU. (1:06:55). After this training, we recommend you move on to Pillar #6 – The Satori Storybook.

The Success Sequence

PILLAR #2

S.A.T.O.R.I SUCCESS SEQUENCE

Now that you’re familiar with the framework of the map, we take a deeper look into the center of the map (aka Energy Engine) to explain how important SEQUENCE is. There is a specific flow you’ll be following as you work on your life-force. Each stage of this sequence has different modalities and practices, but as you’ll see there’s a particular S.A.T.O.R.I. sequence that you follow for the greatest success and lasting changes in your life. Let’s dive in! (39:39). After this training, we recommend you move on to Pillar #3 – The Path to Mastery.

As you can see, it’s not just about WHAT you do, it’s also about WHEN you do it.  Now, those of you that train with us in our Life-Force Dojo will notice that all of this is “done for you” in your Dojo sessions because we follow the S.A.T.O.R.I. Sequence in all of our classes. But when you’re moving through your life outside of our training sessions, understanding the importance of this sequence can really help give you the greatest results in your life!

BONUS: Student Map Drawings 

One of the best ways of learning the S.A.T.O.R.I. Success Sequence is to create your own drawing or illustration modeling the map. Using your own creativity and your understanding of what the map means to you right now, you can create your own map to increase your understanding. In this session, we’re sharing some of the maps students have created for the “Energy Engine” so you can see how easy it is to incorporate all the different modalities you might already know as part of your energy practice. The Path To Mastery

PATH TO MASTERY

Pillar 3 is the Path To Mastery. Here is where we dive in to “how to stay on that path?”  We all want more follow-through, more motivation and the ability to really “master” your practice. But there are cycles to this path as you’ll see and sometimes it can seem easy and other times more challenging. But there’s an art to developing a practice that you can really stick to. Here is the session where we’ll share about how to do that. (39:57). After this training, we recommend you move on to Pillar #4 – Mental Kung Fu.

MENTAL KUNG FU

Old mental programs and reactions not only live in the mind, they have become embedded into the body. The first step in defending yourself against these internal (or external) threats is awareness… and then correctly processing the treat and returning your energy back to balance and flow. Mental Kung Fu is a powerful SATORI pillar that gives you the exact process to recalibrate thoughts, worries, angst and mental disturbances (that live in the head and the body) and finally get out of these looping habits. (24:29). After this training, we recommend you move on to Pillar #5 – The Why Work.

The Energy Score

PILLAR #1

THE ENERGY SCORE & ASSESSMENT

Pillar 1 is all about calculating your Energy Score by using the Mastery Map to take an ‘Energy Assessment’. This is a wonderful way to see (and feel) where your life-force energy is at right now. So in this pillar we’ll introduce you to how and why we created this personal ‘Energy Assessment’ tool and show you to use it to find out ‘How You Doin’ on an energetic level for all the key areas of your life. (30:34). After this training, we recommend you move on to Pillar #2 – The Success Sequence.

The MIND-BODY-MAGIC Discovery

Because the center of the map (aka The Energy Engine) is such an important and fundamental part of understanding the life-force work you’re doing in this training, we’re also including this masterclass (an excerpt from Day 4 of our 5 Day Energy Challenge) where we dive into the discovery of the Mind-Body Map!
