QI FLOW CLASSES

These gentle, restorative Qigong classes are designed to heal and restore the body. They include slow, flowing movements, relaxed breathing, and focused awareness calm the nervous system, support vitality and emotional well-being, and set the foundation for deep, restorative sleep. QI FLOW - June 30th, 2026

In this session, you’ll experience Qigong as movement medicine – using hydration, breath, fascia release, joint opening, energy circulation, and standing meditation to help your body feel more open, alive, and connected to the flow of Qi. You’ll also learn how consistent practice expands clarity, intuition, energy, and inner guidance, so your movement becomes more than exercise – it becomes a living conversation with life force and the Divine.

In this session, you’ll experience a gentle Yin practice designed to soothe the nervous system, free the fascia, and bring fresh life force into the places in your body that need healing. Fitness Fusion

FITNESS FUSION CLASSES

This is a dynamic class that unwinds tension, keeps joints youthful, and builds whole-body strength. We blend muscle and tendon conditioning with our signature Qigong Strong™ exercises, plus light kickboxing and salsa-inspired cardio. This fusion refreshes circulation and delivers fresh life-force energy (QI) throughout the body. Light dumbbells and a resistance band are used. Also, before jump into classes we recommend you watch the video here that reviews the basic moves.

Fitness Fusion is perfect for those looking to catapult their health to the next level.

Be sure to check out the Fundamentals videos for helpful tips on some of the main moves we’ll be using in these workouts.

In this class we’ll be diving into our Ageless Mobility curriculum to help unwind tension from tissues and keep your joints feeling young and flexible. We’ll also be doing our MOST popular routines from our signature Qigong Strong exercises. Get ready to strengthen muscles and tendons, increase bone density and supply fresh life-force energy (QI) to your tissues, organs and bones.

Welcome to the Fitness Fusion workouts! These classes are so much fun you’ll probably even forget you’re working out. Sessions are appropriate for all fitness levels.
